I will say there is often admin and planning and phone/computer based work in the trades as well, and a lot of disorganized and stressed out guys who diy all that on the fly that need help with it even if they don’t know it. Might be a niche.

I’m absolutely convinced that the CIA, government, and private sector actors who were so successful in dismantling the USSR saw what it did for the oligarchy there and now are hell bent on replicating it. Most people my age (40s) in the trades are looking fruitlessly for good helpers. Easy $30-40/hr after a couple years if you can read a measuring tape, show up sober & on time and stay off your phone.
