You forgot “Don’t beat your wife, your husband, your kids or anyone else’s.”

You forgot “Don’t beat your wife, your husband, your kids or anyone else’s.”

“It’s easy to be the band of misfits who plays by their own rules and gets things done. It’s much more difficult to do exceptional work and do it the right way the whole time.”
Sort of a long form “Any job worth doing is with doing right” but focuses more on the team doing the work.
And, yes, at the time the workplace culture was firmly in the “Play hard, work to standard, cut the corners just enough that we don’t get in trouble” realm. Lots of hangovers during that job…

Poor kid’s security questions are getting leaked before he’s even got a chance to ruin his own credit, dang.
I am in the third act of Baldur’s Gate (Dark Alliance, for the GBA) and I must say, it is more enjoyable than 007 Nightfire for the GBA.
It presents possibilities. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve seen people shut down a listing based on the current color… Changing it from puke green to… Anything else is apparently more work than changing from gray to anything.
I’m obviously washing over needing to reprime the walls depending on the color and quality of paint but it’s not just white people. White is too sterile but gray strikes the right balance. Same with staging furniture. Sets too many expectations for people sometimes.
My ex said I’m a Disney Princess when it comes to animals. Their dog and cats love me, stray cats hang out in my backyard, current partners cat sleeps on me every night. Heck, I caught the neighbor’s cat sneaking into my garage this week!
I used to have two rats, a cat, and a dog and they’d all sleep on me at night.

Right? Of all the things Amazon should know about me, how does it only know that I like to buy things I’ve bought off Amazon? Is it because I don’t use an Alexa or have Fire tablets?
Like “invested in the Nintendo Switch.” Yeah, of course they’d know that. There’s no “is a dweeb” or “bought Catherine: Full Body” or anything fun like that. “Bought ND filters for a camera.” The weirdest one claims I buy “high end” audio equipment when I bought one of their cheapest pre-amps.

Better question is “What year did you visit 4chan” because some people will say /b/, some will say “when /b/ was good” and others with say “/b/ was never good”.
I remember coming back some years later and everyone was talking about /r9k/ and /b/ was old news.
Look, all I’m saying is just triforce. That’ll say how long they were on there for.

Waste.
The only wrong move is to waste it. Do what you want but use everything possible.
In my head: “Hmm… Interesting. You know how these cards are - the bank will stop everything but actual fraud!”
Out of my mouth: “Hehehe, weird, I swear I’ve got enough money… Err… Ah… Let me just, um, let me check if the app is acting up. No? Hrmmm… Let me try again…”
I was going to make a smart comment, something along the lines of “By birth or by nationalization?” but the more I thought about what would make a person “Mexican” the more I thought about how silly a concept most things are and how I’m willing to bet there’s probably a Chinese-Swede somewhere writing a novela.

Wild Hearts and Sayonara Wild Hearts are not in the same series. Tales of Zau is not a part of the Tales of Series. Just look at how many games are Z something or something Z.
Why bother with reinventing the title wheel when you can just hope that you’ll have a subset of buyers that purchase expecting a different level of quality?

Not really, if you set the parking brake and it rolls away, an investigation is conducted. If you failed properly set the brake or it was in such a state of disrepair, it’s your negligence and you’re at fault.
If the investigation determines that the car has a design fault that causes the brake to fail prematurely or your car was manufactured improperly - the manufacturer is at fault.
If, somehow, the road or infrastructure around the car caused the brake to fail… Well, you get it.
Basically, a better example would be “If I fire a gun into the air, I’m responsible for where every bullet lands.”

Klima hopes prices go up, Yacht Club Games puts out $20 games.
Just send them the one frame from the meme of the guy giving the really big thumbs up. Not in the group chat, direct to them. Never ever mention to anyone else that you do this.
Next you’re going to tell me we drank honey straight from the full-sized bear, aren’t you?

Dan Olson’s Call of Duty: Ghosts video got super prescient but I didn’t expect “America built an orbital superweapon while ‘in decline’” to rear it’s ugly head so soon.
Subconsciously? Nah, they were conscious of it.
Although I still have Journey To Silius’s OST burned into my head, there have been plenty of very influential games, in no particular order -
Super Mario RPG
Chrono Trigger
FFVII
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater
Jet Set Radio (and Future)
Grand Theft Auto (Vice City and San Andreas, I only listened to talk radio in 3)
Stepmania
These days, I feel a little calcified but it’s always nice when I turn on a game and see artists I know.
