2025 lasted ten years, 2026 has lasted two weeks
Do something, go outside. This wasn’t a quick year.
We had 2 months of no direct sunlight and even with frequent walks I was a complete zombie, felt like this year started at March because that’s when I finally got enough vitamin D for my brain to become capable of forming longterm memories again.
